DEPOSIT

  * A deposit of $100  is required in order to book an appointment. It will be deducted from the initial price.

  CANCELATION

  *All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.  Deposit is transferable to next appointment with 48 hours noticed.

  LATE SHOW

  *If you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment, it will be considered a NO SHOW and will result in         a deposit forfeit, unless reschedule immediately.

  NO SHOW

  *Any new or existing clients with a no show will be charged 50% of their services booked.

  PATCH TEST

 

• A Patch Test is not mandatory but is recommended to test our pigments and topical anesthetic in case of allergic reaction 24 hours prior to procedure

 

• If client chooses to do a patch test we ask to confirm so by email, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
