Our Policies

To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

Deposit Policy

        ⁃       A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
        ⁃       This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of your service.



Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens but because your appointment time is reserved just for you
        ⁃       We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
        ⁃       Changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. 
        ⁃       A new deposit will be required to rebook


Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session.
        ⁃       If you are more than 20
        ⁃       minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited out of respect for other clients’ time.
        ⁃       If possible, we will do our best to accommodate, but your session time may be shortened.



No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without any notice are considered a no show.
        ⁃       No shows will result in a loss of deposit and may be asked to prepay in full for future appointments.
        ⁃       Repeated no shows may result in being unable to book further services.



Sick Policy

If you’re feeling unwell (cold, flu, COVID symptoms), please notify us as soon as possible.
        ⁃       We allow one emergency reschedule per client if illness is communicated at least 24 hours before your session. 


Children & Guests

For the safety, comfort, and focus of all clients
        ⁃       No guests or children are allowed in the Studio. 
        ⁃       Please come alone to your appointment unless you require assistance for medical reasons.



Payment Methods

        ⁃       Final balance is due the day of your appointment.
        ⁃       We accept cash, debit, e-transfer.
        ⁃       Prices are subject to change without notice.

Patch Test

Permanent Makeup ( Brows, Lips, Eyeliner)

 

A patch test is not mandatory but is highly recommended at least

48-72 hours before your procedure. 

 

It helps determine if you may have a sensitivity or allergic reaction to our pigments or topical anesthetics.

 

If you wish to proceed with a patch test, please notify us by email. You will be required to sign a liability waiver

For all Paramedical Tattoos (3D Areola, Scar Revision/Camouflage, 3D Belly Button and Phallus Repigmentation)

 

Patch testing is required for all paramedical procedures.

  • We recommend booking your patch test at least 1 week before your session to allow time for any delayed skin reactions.

  • Allergic reactions (especially delayed hypersensitivity) can take up to 72 hours to appear.

  • This is especially important for clients with sensitive skin, autoimmune conditions, or past allergic responses.

  • It also gives time to assess both pigment and anesthetic reactions.

  • We’ll send details by email and ask you to sign a waiver
